Job Title:
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (INSIDE SALES)
Location: Santa Ana, CA, USA
Overview: Serve as primary liaison to customers . Support the customers' requirements and carry out a variety of tasks including market research, and other functions in support of the customers. Works with customers to secure their purchase orders. Specific job responsibilities include the following: Seek, research, quote, and close (to secure order ) customer inquiries and provide timely, competitive & quality quotes & responses. Establish competitive pricing levels for customer inquiries. Identify and purchase quality material relative to various aircraft types on an ad hoc basis.

Education/
Experience:
College degree with business or technical degree preferred with a minimum of two years work experience in an (aviation) related field. -Strong communication and organization skills. Ability to communicate effectively and exhibit excellent oral and written skills. -Team player with strong inter-personal skills -Basic negotiating, customer support and PC skills -Ability to compose and articulate business opportunities Ability to build strong relationships with customers. Ability to work in a fast paced and highly technical environment.

Job Title: SALES SUPPORT/PROJECTS ASSISTANT
Location: Santa Ana, CA, USA
Overview: The Sales Support Projects Assistant will support the selling function and will carry out a variety of tasks and functions in support of the account executive(s) . This will including gathering vendor prices, overhaul repair estimates, and other related (technical & commercial) research activities. The Sales Support Representative / Projects Assistant will be responsible for maintaining efficient and profitable support for the day-to-day operations of the Sales Dept. Specific job responsibilities include the following: Process incoming customer inquiries research requirements , and provide quality & timely responses to the account executive. Coordinate and communicate with the sales force to secure individual sales by the account executive(s). Identify and communicate material availability to the sales force.
Education/
Experience:
College degree with business or technical degree preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively and exhibit excellent oral and written skills. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Basic negotiating, customer support skills. Strong PC literacy skills. Ability to build strong relationships with customers & especially vendors. Job title: INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Location: Santa Ana, CA, USA
Overview: Implement and develop pro active sales strategies to enhance market share and movement of in-house stock inventory. Secures orders for existing and potential customers per telephone, visit and other necessary forms of client contact. Secures opportunities to quote customer requirements. Has to ensure that the sales department follows up on quotes. Establishes professional relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, quality assurances, management, etc.) Submits call reports after each conversation to inform internal departments of recent activity. Provides sales territory forecasts on a quarterly/annual basis. Manage, encourage, and help develop the sales department order intake volume.
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing. Minimum 5 years Aviation field related inside & Outside sales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, well organized. Well developed people skills and management skills.
